We are seeking a talented and experienced Maths teacher who can bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a commitment to excellence in education. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing students' mathematical abilities, fostering a love for the subject, and helping each pupil achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students of varying abilities across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop and implement creative and inspiring lesson plans that adhere to the national curriculum.
• Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students, ensuring timely feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, contributing to the school's continuous improvement.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, enhancing the overall educational experience for students.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational developments and integrate new teaching strategies into your practice.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students to achieve their best.
