Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and teach dynamic lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that captivate students' interest and inspire learning.

• Personalise Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring that everyone has the chance to excel.
• Monitor and Motivate: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them reach their potential.
• Innovate the Curriculum: Play a key role in developing the science curriculum, incorporating the latest resources and innovative teaching methods.
• Collaborate and Share: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and continually enhance the quality of teaching across the school.

Requirements:

• A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
