We are seeking a Primary Class Teacher to join an "Outstanding" rated prep school in Hemel Hempstead. Nestled within 26 acres of vast grounds, this school features outdoor classrooms and maintains excellent academic standards, small class sizes, and brilliant facilities.

The school fosters a happy environment where students are confident and successful.

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, aiding their learning and development.
• Assist with classroom management and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Offer emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Personal Qualities: Caring, patient, and passionate about working with children.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and flexible in supporting teachers and students.

Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential as we are encrouaging ECTs to apply

Be able to commute to Hemel Hempstead via car or public transport.
