Job Title: SEN Teacher
Pay Rate: £153.85 - £211.96 per day
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Job Requirements for this SEN Teacher role in Birmingham:

  • QTS (Newly Qualified Teachers welcome)
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UK school
  • Extensive experience in special educational needs
  • Ability to create and deliver personalised teaching approaches

About the Role:

Smart Education is actively seeking a dedicated teacher to join a vibrant school team, specialising in serving pupils aged 2 to 19 with a diverse range of special educational needs and disabilities, including PMLD, cognition and learning needs, and autism.

The successful candidate will lead a class of 8 KS2 pupils with complex needs, supported by a committed team of 4 Teaching Assistants. Applications from individuals with backgrounds in EYFS, primary, secondary, or post-16 education are welcome.

The school prioritises the professional development of its educators, offering comprehensive training and ongoing support to empower teachers to implement innovative and tailored teaching methods.
