Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at a thriving primary school in Gloucester. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of children in Key Stage 1 (KS1).Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons tailored to KS1 pupils.
  • Support individual students with their learning, under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and set up equipment.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to monitor student progress.
  • Participate in school events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a primary school setting is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
