Teaching Assistant Vacancy in Stroud
Are you passionate about making a difference in children's education? Our welcoming and inclusive school in Stroud is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational journey of a Year 2 pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Key Details:

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Stroud
Hours: 5 mornings a week
Start Date: Immediate, with the role continuing into September for the new academic year
Role Description: The successful candidate will work closely with a Year 2 pupil, providing tailored support to facilitate their learning and development. You will play a crucial role in implementing the pupil's EHCP, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively and reach their full potential.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
Familiarity with EHCPs and special educational needs
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to the school's ethos and values
