The Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide invaluable support to teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons, catering to diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported in their educational journey.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans and interventions for students requiring additional support.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources, ensuring lessons are both stimulating and accessible.
  • Uphold high standards of behaviour and discipline, promoting a positive and respectful classroom ethos.

  • Previous experience working in an educational setting, with a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success and well-being of every student.
