Job Advert: Teaching Assistants Required in Cardiff for September Start

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team for roles starting in September in the Cardiff area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN/ALN to achieve their full potential.
  • Working closely with classroom teachers to deliver tailored educational plans.
  • Assisting in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support as needed.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence and confidence in pupils.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN/ALN pupils.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
  • Relevant qualifications and training (desirable but not essential).
