Attention all graduates interested in a career in education! A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a teaching assistant role at a mainstream secondary school in Ealing.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a teaching assistant. This full-time, long-term position starts in September 2024 and lasts until the end of the academic year. The pay ranges from £85.00 to £100.00 per day, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and delivery
  • Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups
  • Helping maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Ensuring all students have equal access to education and support in their learning and development
  • To be eligible for this role, you must have previous experience working with children and hold a DBS on the update service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability to different learning needs are essential.
