Are you a recent graduate who is keen to secure hands-on experience in a secondary mainstream college as a Teaching Assistant?

A lovely post 16 Secondary College situated in Hounslow is actively seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2024.

In this role, you will have a great opportunity to gain valuable pre-teaching experience, working with students across various subjects and different proficiency levels. Collaborating closely with seasoned educators, you'll observe and learn diverse teaching styles and techniques, contributing significantly to your own professional development.

As part of the role, you will be working with 3 - 5 key students across the ages of 16 - 18-year-old. Appointed applicant will be you will be required to encourage students within classrooms, breakdown work for them and provide academic support.
