As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher and aid in the education and development of our students. Your role involves working closely with small groups of children, providing guidance, encouragement, and support as they progress in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Work with small groups of children to reinforce learning concepts
• Provide one-on-one support to students needing extra help
• Aid in classroom and behaviour management strategies
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

• Preferened to have HLTA qualification
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for working with children
• Have expereince as a Primary Teaching Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
• Be able to commute to Dacorum areas
