Pay Rate: £400-£500 per week (based on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide individualised support to a child with additional needs. This full-time role is vital for the student's educational and personal development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the child to ensure they receive the best possible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised assistance to a child with additional needs, fostering their academic and social growth.
  • Implement tailored learning strategies and activities to meet the child's specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and report the child's progress to teachers and parents, adapting support plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Ability to work full-time for the entire academic year, from 2nd September 2024 to 24th July 2025.
