An inclusive and supportive Primary school based in Gloucester, are seeking their next brightest Teaching Assistant. The successful teaching assistant will be supporting across KS1 and KS2 classes, supporting Maths, Literacy and Phonics whilst ensuring all pupils have individualised needs met.

The role:

  • Job type - Contract
  • Pay - £83.33 - £90 per day
  • Hours - 08:30am - 03:30pm (Monday - Friday - term time)
  • Based in Gloucester - great transport links!
  • Teaching Assistant
  • Primary KS1 & KS2.
  • Collaboratively working in a supportive, close-knit team.

About you:

  • Proactive nature, always looking to help and keep busy.
  • Possible stepping stone to the next stage into teaching or seeking an enriching career.
  • Graduates welcome with a 2:1 degree (STEM subjects desirable not required)
  • Experience with children in any setting (preferred)
  • Opportunity to open the door to be QTS qualified!
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills - supporting the children.
  • Enthusiastic for learning/education.
