Teaching Assistant

As a seasoned Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in enriching the educational experience. Collaborating closely with teachers, you'll help craft an immersive and dynamic curriculum that captivates student's imaginations

You will be required to support five days a week Mon-Friday inline with school hours 8:30-15:00

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to safeguarding all children
• Effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers when necessary
• Tailor support based on each child's unique needs
• Liaise with other professionals such as teacher's TA, specialist support staff
• Work with classes,small groups and with children on a one on one basis
• Monitor and track the development of the pupil In question and support personal development and confidence.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Legal right to work in the UK
• Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained
• All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child protection and UK eligibility vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references.
• A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.
