Horizon Teachers have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join in an outstanding' specialist independent day school based in Wimbledon on a permanent contract. The school caters for children with speech, language and communication difficulties aged 3 to 19 years. The school has a unique atmosphere created by its totally dedicated, highly professional and caring staff.

The role
·Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant desirable
·Support the class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
·Provide one to one support or group assistance
·Motivating pupils with SEN
·Assisting with behaviour management
·Strong communication skills and being able to work in a team
