Must have: CACHE Level 3 / Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Equivalent

Responsibility:

• As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in:
• Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
• Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.

What we are looking for:

• CACHE Level 3 / Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Equivalent
• A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children providing support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teachers and students.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to commute to Dacorum via car or public transport.
