Supply Teach seek passionate Teaching Assistants (TA's) to join secondary academy in Chesterfield. You'll play a vital role in supporting pupils who are at risk of exclusion or have already been excluded, helping them re-engage with learning and reach their full potential.

What you'll do:

  • Be a positive influence for pupils with challenging needs.
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons for small classes (2-6 students).
  • Work one-on-one with pupils to address their individual needs.
  • Provide support during breaks and lunchtimes.
