Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Merton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (term time only)
Pay Rate: £85-£95 per day, based on experience

Skills & Experience:

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who:

  • Is passionate about working with children and supporting their educational journey
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is patient, compassionate, and skilled at building rapport with pupils
  • Preferably has prior experience in a similar role, or working with SEN
  • Has recent experience with children or is pursuing a PGCE
