Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly school in Windsor. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting teachers and enhancing the classroom experience for our students.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
  • Provide individual support to students, addressing their unique learning needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organised, and resourceful classroom environment.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom setup.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for education and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to supporting children’s learning and development.
