Day to day of the role:

• Support classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist with student supervision, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment.
• Provide individualised support to students with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings and with different age groups.
