I am working with a friendly and popular school in the heart of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The students are respectful, hardworking and eager to succeed. They are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start with them from September on a permanent basis.

  • £90-£100 per day
  • Full time contracts available
  • Permanent contracts available

They are looking to appoint a Secondary Learning Support Assistant to help ensure our students with identified additional needs are fully supported.

You would be responsible for providing support tailored to meet your students' needs and assisting teaching staff with the delivery of specialist interventions as required.

There is a strong support network in place where you can develop your skills quickly with plenty of opportunities to further your career.

We are looking for caring, supportive and dedicated Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants who have experience working with students either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis.


The successful Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistants will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, and specific learning difficulties. With support from other members of staff, you will support pupils ages 11-16 years of age with their progress and attainment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Education, understand and enjoy the challenges that come with working with students who have difficulties learning and progressing. Therefore, you will be a patient, charismatic and nurturing individual.
