About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in East Grinstead. This full-time role(8:30 am - 3:30pm) involves supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, collaborating closely with teachers to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Support students individually or in small groups
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere
• Prepare learning materials and resources
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children
• Experience in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
