Teaching Assistant
Empowering Learning are currently looking for Behaviour Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to work with a primary school (SEMH) based in Solihull. You will be working with children who have behavioural difficulties and autism is essential.
The role is to start as soon as possible and will run to the end of the academic year with potential to go permanent for the right candidate. There is a full and part time opportunity available.
To be considered for the role you should:
- Hold a relevant support qualification or degree
- Have a good understanding of complex behaviours, SEMH and autism
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for one
- Be dedicated and motivated, willing to go above and beyond the children in your care
- Be resilient
