About the Role:
Supporting students across the whole school in different year groups
Providing 1:1 and small group support, including working with children with SEN
Helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
Working on a flexible, part-time basis

What We're Looking For:
?? At least 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant in the UK
?? Experience working with SEN students (desirable but not essential)
?? A strong understanding of safeguarding and school policies
?? Adaptability and confidence in supporting different classroom settings
