Teaching Assistant - The Role

• Full-time Teaching Assistant position in a Nursery class, starting April 2025
• Support the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for young learners
• Provide individual support to children with varying needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development
• Help children with their learning and development through play-based activities

Teaching Assistant - Requirements

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in an EYFS setting is highly desirable
• A passion for working with young children and helping them to reach their potential
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to support children at different stages of development
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Full-time availability from 8:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
