Global, highly successful international professional services firm, have a vacancy for a Team Administrator to work in their Renewals team.

  • Working Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Monday - Friday.

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and systematic Team Administrative Assistant to join the Renewals team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and be able to work methodically and thoroughly. If you have a positive demeanour and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and process data within a case management system.
  • Issue renewal reminders via email.
  • Monitor reminders from overseas agents.
  • Update case records.
  • Check draft invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, flexible, and can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
