Client Details

The client is a medium sized international education service provider based in Isleworth. They work with a variety of clients on various projects and are extremely busy at the moment.

Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • General office duties such as ordering stock, ensuring documents are filed correctly etc...
  • Hosting guests in the office, meeting and greeting people into the office
  • Provide support for projects and events
  • Coordinating training materials and organising venues
  • Typing, proofreading and collation of documents
  • Formatting documents and preparing PowerPoint presentation
  • Answering phone calls
  • Take responsibility for Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
