One of Cambridge's most prestigious educational establishments is seeking a dedicated Team Administrator to join their dynamic team to support the Head of IT.

Role: Team AdministratorLocation: Central CambridgeSalary: £35,000 per annual Working Arrangement: Full-time, office-based

About the Role: As the Team Administrator, you will be a pivotal part of their administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Coordinating meetings and events.
  • Handling documentation and correspondence.
  • Utilising SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Assisting with project coordination and team activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
