Team Administrator

A new and fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join a growing and successful construction company based in London. This role will involve supporting the Development Director and senior members of staff.

This role will suit someone with at least three years administration and office support experience and will be organised and methodical.

This is an office based role, Monday-Friday.

Key Duties:

  • Manage meeting rooms and bookings for Offices
  • Manage the Development Director’s diary
  • Cater for meeting room lunches and important meetings
  • Manage and stock office supplies
  • Restock and manage kitchen and coffee machine
  • Send out diary invites for team members using Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with collating monthly reports using PDF or Adobe Editor
  • Manage emergency procedures and lead fire marshal
  • Organise PPE for VIP site walks
  • Create site visitor forms and team expenses data input
  • Manage data entry for monthly invoice reviews
  • Organise social events and travel for the team when required
  • Assist wider team at other sites on ad hoc basis
  • Create team organogram and presentations using Indesign

Key Skills:

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Package
  • At least 3 years administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great IT skills and experience with Adobe packages
  • Self-motivated and ability to multitask effectively
  • Approachable and ability to problem solve
