Team Assistant Apprenticeship
This permanent, full-time role offers an exciting apprenticeship opportunity in Business Administration, combining hands-on experience with academic learning.

Team Assistant Responsibilities:- Work as an integral part of the fee earner support team
- Provide exceptional client service
- Manage filing and file management, including opening and closing files
- Schedule and compile document bibles
- File deeds, documents, correspondence, and other paperwork
- Assist with file archiving and retrieval administration
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Support and cover for other administrative staff across departments
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Previous administrative experience (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach
- Enthusiasm and flexibility
- Effective teamwork skills
