Team Assistant in a Law Firm (Apprenticeship)
Are you looking to work in a professional environment as a Team Assistant where you can gain your Business Administration apprenticeship alongside? Then this role may be for you!
We are hiring for a Team Assistant in a slick Birmingham City Centre office with the salary offering up to 24k a year on a full-time office basis.
This role will offer a wide range of administrative tasks alongside the apprenticeship will allow you to learn business administration both academically and with a hands on approach.
The day-to-day duties for this role would include:
- Scheduling and compiling bibles of documents
- Filing of deeds, documents, correspondence and other documentation
- Scanning, photocopying and printing
- File opening and closing
- Assisting with incoming/outgoing post duties
- Providing administrative cover for staff
- Coving reception occasionally when required
For this role you would need to have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, have previous experience in an administration role, have strong attention to detail and be able to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
