We are currently seeking a multitasking, sharp, Team Assistant/EA with 3-5 years’ corporate experience who takes pride in supporting a small, tight-knit team for a boutique investment firm in Central London. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be the engine behind a dynamic office of seven investment professionals, with 30% ad hoc support to the CEO and occasional wider team duties.

This is a firm where everyone pitches in, duties include clearing meeting rooms one minute and managing executive diaries the next. You will be trusted to own your role, keep things running smoothly, and approach every task as if it were your own business.

Candidates will need:

  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of efficiency
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, someone who seeks out work rather than waits to be asked
  • Confident and comfortable with both classic PA duties and the more day-to-day office needs
  • Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, down-to-earth, and team-spirited
  • Happy working fully office based, 9am-5pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executive and team diary management
  • Expenses processing and general business support
  • Overflow operations support to the Business Services Lead
  • General admin support, including meeting preparation and office upkeep

This is the perfect role for someone who is tech savvy with good Microsoft Office skills who loves being at the heart of a business, enjoys variety, and is ready to roll up their sleeves.
