Team Assistant required to join growing consultancy in dynamic Shoreditch office - office-based role - £25,000-£27,000 plus excellent benefits.

Exciting opportunity to join a busy and fast-growing consultancy in Shoreditch / Old Street as Team Assistant, where you will work alongside an Operations Manager to provide support for your colleagues (14) and ensure that things run smoothly in the office.

Team Assistant duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office - accompanying to meeting rooms and offering refreshments
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and office facilities are well stocked and replenished
  • Taking incoming calls to office
  • PA and administrative support to the team
  • Distributing post and booking couriers as required
  • Helping to set up and organise office, team and client events

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a warm, professional, confident manner about them and be happy to help the team wherever needed.

The role would best suit an individual with 6-12 months’ office experience who is organised, efficient and enthusiastic, happy taking direction but also able to work independently. Good opportunities to progress and develop with the company as they grow their London team.

This is a full-time position, in-office Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm, £25,000-£27,000, plus private health care, pension, discretionary bonus (10%), 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and paid day off for your birthday.
