I have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant to join a dynamic and fast paced team, within a boutique investment bank located in Mayfair. The Team Assistant will be providing support across the business working closely with a number of EA's to ensure the smooth running of their teams diaries, booking any travel and events. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar team support role, enjoy working collaboratively and as part of a team. Experience working within financial services is desired. Some hybrid working available 

What you’ll do;
  • Diary management for teams
  • Scheduling internal and external client meetings across multiple time zones
  • Organise international travel including itineraries
  • Process monthly expenses
  • Create, amend and prepare documents for meeting packs
  • Ad hoc support for additional team members
  • Attend team meetings, take notes, chase follow up actions
  • Support with any events of adhoc projects as required

What you’ll need;
  • Previous experience working within financial services/banking
  • Be solution orientated
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative and team player
