This is an all round Team Assistant role supporting team members with coordination of events, meetings, supporting systems for electronic filing of documents. You will be someone who is compassionate, open minded and show respect towards others.

Client Details

This medical not for profit organisation is fast growing and are looking for someone to aid their team with this new growth by supporting with their administrative tasks in their London office. They are a not for profit company who are passionate about the well being of others and doing things without the intention of gaining personal benefits. They have a strong presence in the not for profit environment and have a reputable name in the industry. The role currently is open for someone who wants to have a hybrid working situation with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week. This would suit someone who lives in London or the surrounding areas.

Description

As a Team Assistant your responsibilities will include:


- organising virtual meetings for team members, creating and sending out links.

- coordinating events, both virtual and in person and considering any specific needs of those attending

- supporting colleagues with expense management and travel coordination's

- carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks when required

- maintaining website pages and ensuring documents are up to date and sent to their respective recipients

Profile

Someone who would succeed in this role would:

- have previous experience in a high volume Team Assistant role

- You are a highly IT literate person

- You have confidence using systems such as the Microsoft suite such as Outlook and PowerPoint.

- pride yourself on being a highly organised person

- you are someone with an accurate eye for detail

- Previous experience in the medical industry

Job Offer

Salary - £34-38k

Hybrid working available 2-3 days wfh
