You will be a Team Assistant for Distressed Products Group European Union (EU) and Par Loans Businesses. A proactive and detail orientated approach is required together with the ability to plan in an often fast paced and pressured environment.

Your key responsibilities
  • Coordinating calendars and schedules for the team managers to ensure efficient time management and prioritisation of engagements
  • Managing the phones for the team as well as preparing materials for presentations, management reports, demonstrating attention to detail
  • Facilitating travel plans with minimum disruption, including planning and booking detailed travel itineraries, meetings and reimbursement of expenses
  • Working with Foreign Exchange (FX), Leveraged Debt Capital (LDC) and Rates Executive Assistants where necessary to ensure support needs are covered during vacations
  • Coordinating Information Technology requests and the on boarding of new employees to minimise set-up time and printing and scanning documents as directed
Your skills and experience
  • Proven administrative experience in a similar role, assisting senior management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and think ahead
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, email applications and basic experience of working with databases
