Role Overview
As a Team Leader ABA / PBS, you will manage 3-4 individualized support packages, oversee staff delivering these services, and report to our client’s Lead Behavioural Consultant. Your role will be central to developing and sustaining evidence-based support plans for clients aged 4 to 35 with complex neurodevelopmental conditions and learning difficulties. You will also play a key role in staff training, care planning, scheduling, on-call duties, and risk management, ensuring high-quality, values-aligned care.
