Team Leader / Arweinydd Tîm

We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage teams with cleaning, cottage maintenance, and all operational needs to run these amazing holiday cottages in The Gower.

You’ll be responsible for the day to day supervision of our Holidays Operations Assistants, ensuring that the cottages are cleaned to a high standard and guests receive the warmest of welcomes.

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 15hours per week

Salary: £11.64 per hour

Internally you'll be known as a Holidays Operation Team Leader.

Reporting to the Holidays Manager, you’ll supervise a team of 4 Holiday Operation Assistants who look after 4 holiday cottages around The Gower.

You will induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.

Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential.  You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.

• A good understanding of the necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance 
• Good people skills and confidence in dealing with a variety of situations, including incidents and complaints 
• Ability to support and lead a team safely
