Our client is looking for a team leader to manage these junior members who support relationship managers and directors in the field. Key responsibilities include developing the junior team, driving business development initiatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the team's workload.

The team assists commercial relationship directors nationwide with financial analysis for new lending, report writing, delivering top-tier customer service, and resolving payment queries.

If you are a commercial banking professional at the Relationship Manager, Senior RM, Associate Director or Relationship Director level with solid lending experience, this could be your first step into a team leadership role.

This hybrid position allows you to split your workweek between the Birmingham office and remote working.
