Team Leader

Role Overview:

As the Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our packing operations, leading, training, and motivating a team of Packing Operatives. Your leadership will ensure the seamless execution of daily tasks and maintain the high standards of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Packing Operatives
• Plan and manage shifts, holiday cover, and workload distribution
• Escalate and resolve issues with machines and equipment
• Step in to work on packing stations when short-staffed
• Manage personnel and performance issues
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication within the team
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adherence to security protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of checkable work history
• Clear credit history with no CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcies
• No unspent criminal convictions
• Proven experience in a team leadership role, ideally in a packing or similar environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
