6.00 to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00 (Rotating shifts)
Andover

Our Andover based client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their business to manage a team of 7 Machine Operators.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing a team up to 7 people on a day-to-day basis
* Setting and running machinery
* Reporting at the end of each shift
* Develop and complete training
* Dealing with occurring quality issues and problems
* Observation of productivity within the team
* Keep an eye out for any maintenance or engineering issues

Experience required:
* Previous leadership and management experience within a manufacturing environment
* Good computer skills

It would be beneficial to have:
* Managerial experience within batch manufacturing
