  • Extensive Management/Supervising Supporting & coaching Social Workers
  • Social Work Qualification
  • Experience of Practice teaching

NonStop client is an outstanding authority based in South East London, who are seeking a Team Manager for their Children with Disabilities service.

The team is part of the wider 0-25 Service for Children and Young People with Disabilities, which includes teams offering Occupational Therapy, Preparing for Adulthood and Short Breaks. The post is within the Children with Disabilities Team, supporting children 0-18 and their families, whilst ensuring we are supporting young people to prepare for their future as a young adult.

What they offer:

  • Salary up to £ £55,890 + £2,000 Golden Hello + £2,000 Annual Retention Allowance
  • Two week protected induction programme

The work includes ensuring children are safe and families are appropriately supported in their caring role with specialist and targeted services. They work closely with colleagues from Preparing for Adulthood to support their transition into adulthood post 18.
