Team Manager (Children/Young People/Families)
Our client is a large goverment organisation to join their department on a permenant basis.
The successful applicant will be required to come on board and to lead, manage and be accountable for a team of social workers and other professionals in the delivery of statutory duties of children, young people and families.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a Qualified Social Worker with evidence of continous professional developments.
You will also need the below:
Extensive experience working in a statutory social care setting with children and families.
Experience of managing a team of professionals which demonstrates inspirational leadership, reflective supervision and staff development.
A proven track record of good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience of chairing meetings.
The following extra payments apply to role:
Relacation allowance: up to £8,000 T&Cs apply.
Annual retention payment of £2,000.
Welcome payment of £5,000.
Hybrid working opportunities (2-3 days in the office).
25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years continuous service.
Enhanced DBS clearance.
