Our client is a highly regarded, well established Wealth Manager who are looking to strengthen their IFA Administration function management team with the recruitment of a highly talented Senior IFA Administration specialist who has some experience of supervising/managing an IFA/Client services team within a Wealth Management firm/practice.

This is a fundamentally highly important role within the business and will give you the opportunity to recommend and implement new ideas and processes to improve the overall performance and capability of the function. This will require all encompassing aspects of people management, including mentoring, support, training and recruitment within the team. Our client is determined to ensure their clients receive exemplary client service and it is vital that the function puts the client first in all aspects of it’s day to day duties.

To be considered you will essentially possess a number of years experience in IFA Administration, with some experience of managing or supervising a team of administrators. In addition you will have confident presentation skills, the ability to work in a pressurised, deadline driven environment and the ability to implement change and drive improvement processes.
