Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
Salary – Up to £30,000 per annum
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Our client is a well-respected business and they are currently recruiting for a Technical Account Manager to work alongside their administration based team.
This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate and they are looking for someone to drive and push their business forward.
Main duties will include –
Preparing quotations and negotiating orders
Helping to develop and grow new & existing sales accounts.
Providing good customer service
Answering the telephone and responding to e-mail enquiries
Processing orders & general sales administration
Candidate attributes -
Sales focused- passion for delivering great customer service and helping to grow sales.
Professional, business-like telephone manner
Good numeracy, literacy, and strong computer skills
Excellent team working skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Driving license is useful but not essential
