Home working with regular travel – Must be commutable to Bedford, MK44

  • £60,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • Full driving licence is required

About the Role

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving our sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and offering technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Drive new business, develop sales strategies, and manage the entire sales process.
  • Technical Expertise: Support customers with technical advice, collaborate with engineering, and present product solutions.
  • Account Management: Foster customer relationships, conduct visits, and manage key accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse trends, contribute to product development and support targeted campaigns.
  • Reporting & Admin: Prepare forecasts, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance.


The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of sealing technologies. You will have:

  • HNC in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the sealing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sealing products, materials, and applications.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to foster and sustain robust customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
