We’re recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a reputable, thriving brand with plenty of progression opportunities. If successful, you will join the aftersales team and provide administrative assistance to the technical support team.

Key Responsibilities for a Technical Administrator:

  • Support the technical team, answering and directing calls to ensure the response time is within agreed SLA
  • Liasing with customers to organise pick up of parts and arrange for shipment back to HQ
  • Accurately logging conversation notes to the ticket system
  • Ensure new model and product manuals are ordered and auto-issued to the network of customers
  • Maintain and update the communication system with the customers
  • Create purchase orders and invoice requests as required by the department

Essential Skills for a Technical Administrator:

  • Previous administrative or technical experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer Focused
  • Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
