Your new role
As the Technical Administrator, you will be providing technical support to the Quality, Document Control and Engineering teams, managing hard copy data, electronic storage, and retention. Day-to-day you will be formatting documentation to a consistently high standard, managing the electronic document control system, and assisting with the archiving of documents and information upon project completion.

This is a highly administrative role, requiring the successful candidate to be organised, thorough and adaptable. You will be working full-time, Monday to Friday, based in Dalry with hybrid and flexible working options available. This is a fixed-term position as you will be working on a project, forecast to run for 2 years +.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational and business administration experience.
  • Proven administration experience of working in a busy environment and internal projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Highly organised and driven with a 'can do' flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • A team player with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships with people at all levels.
