As a Technical Manager:

As a Technical Assistant Manager / Manager, you'll be a key player in helping our partners and staff tackle complex audit and UK legislation matters. Your main tasks will include answering queries, conducting technical reviews, and providing guidance and training on new issues.

  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Assist partners and staff with complex audit and legislation queries.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on emerging issues.
  • Collaborate with partners and staff across the firm.
  • Review audit reports for compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Respond to technical audit queries.
  • Support our electronic working paper system.
  • Update audit methodology and templates.
  • Develop and maintain our audit manual and related materials.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on audit topics.
  • Update audit content on our intranet.
  • Attend relevant meetings and regulatory events.
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with 3+ years (Manager) or 1+ year (Assistant Manager) post-qualification experience.
  • UK GAAP FRS 102 and IFRS Experience
  • Previous experience working within a UK Accountancy Firm
