What you will do

Reporting to the Director of Projects & Aftermarket Services EMEA, you will be working with project teams on an assigned customer base. You will be accountable for commissioning, compliance to client specifications, client relations, documentation and reporting. You will also share responsibility in document management, processes and SOP’s, supplier relations, continuous improvement,, and checks and balances to minimize mistakes. Other areas of input will include Technical, Design and Strategy Implementation.

How you will do it

• Enhance & Implement the Silent-Aire Cx Strategy

• Lead & manage the pre-FWT process across all Silent-Aire products ensuring each product is fully operational and functional for the FWT.

• Support alongside Design Engineering to deliver successful FWT’s across Silent-Aire product range. 

• Drive growth and expansion of the Cx service offering

• Support the preparation and negotiation of Cx proposals across the full service offering

• Support with recruitment of resources to deliver DC Cx projects

• Provide oversight, direction, and technical support to the Cx & Mechanical teams across EU & APAC

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of Cx projects

• Chair status / schedule reviews with key stakeholders across the PMO and MCS leadership teams.

What we look for

• Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Suitable Relevant Equivalent Experience.

• 6-10 plus years’ experience with at least 3 years working directly within the Data Centre field.

• HVAC or BMS Controls Experience – Desirable.

• Strong interpersonal skills with People and /or project management Experience.

• Training will be provided
